1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by RathamCloud ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to Minecraft server hosting, VPS hosting, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. No Refund Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is processed and your service is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to use the service during the billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with performance (please test with our free trial first)
  • Server suspension due to violation of our terms
  • Switching to another hosting provider
  • Technical issues on the user's end (internet, hardware, etc.)

We strongly recommend using our Smart Calculator and contacting support before purchasing to ensure you select the right plan for your needs.

3. Service Description

RathamCloud provides:

  • Minecraft Java & Bedrock server hosting with various plan tiers
  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with full root access
  • DDoS protection on all services
  • 24/7 customer support via ticket system and live chat
  • Custom control panel for server management

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or content prohibited by law
  • Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse against others
  • Distributing pirated, copyrighted, or stolen content
  • Cryptocurrency mining without express permission
  • Excessive resource abuse that affects other customers
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund.

5. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate contact information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must not share account access with unauthorized users
  • You must keep your server software updated and secure

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
  • Third-party infrastructure failures
  • DDoS attacks exceeding our mitigation capacity
  • Scheduled maintenance windows

7. Data & Backups

While we provide backup services depending on your plan, it is ultimately YOUR responsibility to maintain backups of your data. RathamCloud is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, software bugs, or user error.

8. Limitation of Liability

RathamCloud's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your service at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or announcement.
